About the Business: HR Shared Services operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim Group Egypt. About the Job: The purpose of this position is to ensure a warm, smooth on-boarding process.  Job holder will have ownership of enrolling the in-coming employee into new systems, communication of process, and coordination of pre-employment.  Facilitation of activities from candidate acceptance to the candidate's start date, is the main aim About You: As a Human Resources Executive, you will have: * Bachelor's degree in management or any related discipline. * 0-1 years of experience in a relevant position. * Excellent command of English language. * Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. * Team player. * Great attention to detail. * Knowledge of MS Office applications; Intermediate Excel user. *  SAP knowledge is a plus. * Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with multiple strategic projects * Ability to execute on ideas * Ability to build strong relationships * Experience with design and delivery of effective orientation programs/processes, is a plus.
