- Develops organization strategies by identifying and studying human resources matters. - Develops human resources strategies by designing the Human Resources functions responsibilities. - Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching... etc. - Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. - Complies with KSA legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation. - Manage the government relations activities. - Manages and control daily HR activates and fulfills staff requirement. - Male. - Bachelor degree in HR Management. - Holds SHRM or SPHR designation. - 10 – 12 years' experience in similar field. - Excellent communication skills and awareness of KSA labor laws and KSA commercial legislations. - Fluent English.
