On behalf of our client - a well-established and growing local bank, we are looking for experienced Relationship Manager with strong network in Abu Dhabi. - Achieve pre-defined revenue targets, acquire and build relationships with Banking customers and investors in UAE. - Advise investors on Wealth Management products such as Mutual Funds, Structured Notes, Foreign Exchange deposits, leverage / overdraft / margin funding, Fixed Income Securities, etc. - Have a good understanding of global investment markets and opportunities and various factors affecting these markets. - Close deals in investment & insurance products to high-potential and existing relationships of UAE. - Build bank's presence and own position as investment advisor for different ethnic segments in the market by organizing micro marketing events with the help of Marketing unit. - Acquire new customers per month from database calling, cross-selling, micro marketing initiatives and leads from advertising support. Need to show initiative and creativity in acquiring new customers for Wealth Management products. - Work with Product Management, local branches, etc. to identify initiatives and products that will help acquire new investment customers for the Bank. - Develop, grow and work on existing protfolio and perform against sales & revenue targets - UAE banking experience and indepth knowledge of Investments, Insurance and deposit products - Ability to manage a portfolio, maximize revenues in a regulated environment and source new business through their own initiative - Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and changing economic environments - Good knowledge of respective operational and regulatory environment as well as cultural understanding of referral market - Preferably CISI / ICWM Certified - Strong negotiating and influencing skills and excellent presentation and networking skills - Self-starter Mark Williams is a Dubai recruitment company with a wealth of Search & Selection experience.
