Objectives: Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization’s service standards Main responsibilities: - Solve simple customer problems and analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments. - Maintains customer records by updating account information - Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. - Cancel or upgrade accounts. - Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale. - Act as the company gatekeeper - Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction Reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor - Bachelors Degree Specialist knowledge: - MS Office - Communication Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Active listener - Speaking power - Service orientation Nationality Preference: Saudi Language Fluency: English, Arabic Current Location: Saudi Arabia The history of Al Jabr Group dates back to 1952 when the sons of Sheikh Hamad Mohammed Al Jabr began their journey into the world of commerce with the establishment of a small company trading in foodstuffs.
