This is an exciting chance to join a Qatar based organization that is looking for a highly skilled project sales executive who can communicate with the construction procurement and interior design professionals to present a wide portfolio of wall art. The business is already established with clients however the company wants to increase its regional customer base. The company operates three impressive wall art brands. You will be initially working alone to form a solid base and then can recruit sales coordinators. This role can be based in Dubai or in Qatar depending on the candidate. Key areas of responsibility will include: • Market Research for all GCC markets and identify potential clients • Cold calling and prospecting new clients • Building relationships with existing clients • Present the brand and product portfolio, establish client needs and offer a solution with full pricing • Manage the negotiations for pricing, delivery, quantity and product selection • Place the orders with the suppliers, follow up the shipments, and payments • Collection of payment from clients • Attend regional trade shows to build up network • Respond to and identify tender opportunities and compile BFQ In order to be considered for this role, you will need to travel throughout the GCC (therefore a passport that is visa on arrival) and the primary market will be Qatar. The company will consider candidates based in the UAE. You must have a valid GCC driving license, strong computer skills in MS Office and specifically excel. As you will be client facing, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and feel at ease in a luxury environment. All candidates must have fluent English and Arabic would be a big advantage. As you will be dealing with creative product, therefore candidates should have an appreciation for interior design, color pallets, space and lighting. You should have experience for at least 2 years in project sales and able to demonstrate in the interview how you managed the sale process from start to finish. You need to be highly motivated by numbers as it is a sales role. This role is ideal for someone who was in interior design and has good contacts in securing large projects.
