The incumbent will report functionally to the Finance Director, Saudi Arabia. Duties and responsibilities not limited to: - To provide support in the financial accounting, including maintenance of minimum financial control standards and adherence to local statutory and regulatory regulations to ensure the timely and accurate provisions of management information to all relevant business users.
- The accounting of the respective entities (each branch or LLC will be managed in separate books.
- The preparation of a monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and contribute overhead figures to monthly reporting of the MIS (Management Information System combining project details and other expenses)
- Preparation and support of annual audits and monitoring internal controls and compliance.
- Travel to Branches
- Preparation of the WPS file (Payroll)
- Responsible for all indirect (overheads, fixed costs of the branch) costs.
- Monitoring the bank accounts.
- Arrange payments of the salaries, travel expenses based on the HR input provided;
- Managing petty cash etc.
- Implementing functionality called Workflow, wherein we code and scan the invoices received; send the scans to Finance Director for posting and collection of electronic approvals.
- Release the payments from central corporate or local branch accounts.
- Reconcile payments made against postings and verify that the correct project or cost center has been debited.
- In case of services or goods provided from one branch to the other you need to take care of intercompany invoicing and settlement (booking AP in one branch and AR in the other).

Required Experience- 5+ years’ experience in the relevant field, with 3- 5 years in similar position.
