Core Banking (Phoenix) Application Support Manager sought for an Islamic Bank in Kuwait. Kuwait nationals preferred for this role. This is a new role and is part of the restructure within IT at the bank. Title: Phoenix Core Application Support Manager Location: Kuwait, City The Core Application Support Manager will report directly into the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will be managing a s-m size team of 4-7 application support staff. Management and leadership skills along with strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are important to deal with the different nationalities within the team and the wider bank. Skills and qualifications required: * Min. 8 - 10 years progressive experience within Application Support with at least 5 years hands on experience specifically with Phoenix * Banking experience is preferred, however, technically strong candidates from Telecoms/ Financial services sectors will also be considered * Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Good management and leadership skills * Educated to a degree level or above The Management are in a position to interview immediately so please apply today by submitting your CV and you can follow up with Gemma Gibson at Huxley, Dubai.
