VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for FIM (Forefront Identity Management) Consultant & Developer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skillset required: • Detailed knowledge of Forefront Identity Manager 2010R2 components. • Intensive experience in end-to-end implementation of FIM2010R2. • Experience in FIM2010 R2 architectural design. • Experience in customizing and creating FIM Reports • Extensive experience in creating custom management agents and workflows • Extensive experience in customizing FIM Portal • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Solid experience in Active Directory, Exchange, PowerShell and scripting • Should be fluent in Arabic (read/write/speak) Roles & Responsibilities • Administrating and Managing the Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 infrastructure. • Customizing Self Service Portals • Enhancing Management Agents to accommodate changes and new requirements • Customizing the User interfaces based on requirements • Documenting any change in FIM environment and enhancements. • Training different stakeholders about new developments and workflows • As with all projects there is always room for improvement. New ideas emerge to be developed as additional benefits to the existing FIM like (not limited to): o Customization for the FIM Portal and Self Service Password Reset Portal look & feel. o Enhance user experience with customizations through custom development. o Integration with additional applications like Sharepoint, HRMS System, NET Media Gateway VX1800, Helpdesk, Custom Applications. o Distribute self-management tasks to users rather than the IT administrators, and HR. (One example is the Self Service Password Reset (already in place), another is that users manage some of their attributes by themselves like, Home Phone, Mobile Phone, First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Date of Birth etc. of course these changes that users do, can be kept in check & balance through Approval Workflows and auditing. o Using FIM Portal for normal users to Submit requests for access to Systems like VPN, internet, and access to different applications. Other requests like Leave Requests can be also be submitted through FIM Portal, which will then go to the relevant Person(s) for Approval. This also removes unnecessary communication, delays and paper that is used Experience Required: 3+Years. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
