Our client, a leading regional bank, is seeking an AVP Group Strategy to be based in Dubai. The role looks at the overall group strategy function - business strategy, core businesses (processs), M&A opportunities (local & international), new markets openings (organic/inorganic), budgeting cycles (cost reduction opportunities), working with the business unit managers to improve inefficiencies and clearly articulate complex ideas to senior management executives creating blueprints and road maps for a longevity and sustainable growth.
Candidate needs to have a strong general understanding of Banking Sector. Ideally worked as a Strategy Consultant in a tier 1 or 2 firm focusing on Banking Transformation and Investment and growth opportunities via new market entry. - Candidates working within mature global markets in Financial centres (ie. London, NY, HK, Singapore etc)

- Will have at least 10-15 years experience in business process analysis and improvement
