We are looking for a western HR MANAGER with a really strong generalist back ground. The HR MANAGER will be responsible of the implementation of the current HR structure, implementation of policies and procedures, career ladder and salary grades; managing a team of 5. Minimum 6 years experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner. Very good communication and negotiation skills Results-driven, systematic and with emphasis in personnel and budget management, organizational effectiveness. Able to develop creative solutions to a vast array of challenges. We operate in the MENA region and our armoured vehicles are supplied and used worldwide. We also provide related Security Consulting services and our experts have over 30 years experience of threat analysis and counter measures in a rapidly evolving security environment. Our experience in high threat environments and our understanding of the science of physical protection has made one of the most trusted partners in delivering safety and personal protection equipment in hazardous conditions.
