Recruitment Manager – Qatar • Leading Retailer & Wholesaler • Location: Qatar • Competitive Salary Package Qatar is booming and the retail sector is following suit. Our client, a leading retailer and wholesaler is currently experiencing further expansion and growth and they are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager who can lead the recruitment planning and management for this growing company. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager and managing a small recruitment team, you will be responsible for: • Manage full life cycle recruiting while partnering with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to ensure consistent recruiting policies, practices, and recruiting strategies. • Build and manage trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, external agencies and HR Manager to deliver human capital needs. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, policies and practices. • Recommend and drive the implementation of recruiting process improvements. • Manage contracts and salary negotiations. • Consistently provide best practice recruitment solutions for the organization and the applicants. • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of staffing service delivery and retention. • Identify and assess potential talent pool sources, determine source effectiveness and make recommendations for use based on anticipated return-on-investment. • Grow expertise of recruiting staff and hiring managers as it relates to compliant hiring practices. The key attributes we seek for this role include: • Degree in HR or related field. • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting in the retail industry, particularly for Sports Fashion or large Department store. • Experience in managing a team. • Ability to plan and manage high volume recruitment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Excellent work ethic, strong leadership qualities and a focused team player are critical attributes. • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., is required. • Experience working in the Middle East preferred.
