We are currently working with the leader in data blending and advanced analytics software, they are looking to hire a dedicated UK-based Client Services Support Representative. Working with some of the most sophisticated and ground-breaking technology, you will join a small team in the UK and will be responsible for providing high level software support to their existing UK clients. Having grown from 200 customers last year to 600 customers this year, they are expanding at a phenomenal rate so now is the time to be joining them. JOB TITLE: Client Services Support - Software - Hot Data Analytics Start-Up TERRITORY: UK LOCATION: Based in the London office PACKAGE: Base £40-50k + Bonus + Benefits COMPANY INFORMATION * Established 2010. * Very much a start-up environment in the UK (8 people). * Data Blending and Advanced Analytics software vendor. * Tableau's Number 1 Partner. * Circa 200 worldwide employees, 8 in the UK. * Pre-IPO and growing at a very quick rate! KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED In order to apply for this role you should have the following background: * Experience of high level client support and comfortable spinning multiple plates * Technical and commercial client facing skills * Experience in any of the following technologies - Analytics, GIS, Database, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing or anything else related * Application Support experience * Ready for a big challenge! ROLE INFORMATION * Due to expansion, the company has an urgent need to hire another dedicated UK-based Client Services Support Representative to provide software support to their ever-growing UK client base. The company offers a unique Data Blending and Advanced Analytics solution that enables companies to carry out more advanced and deeper analytics. * Provide application support and review, document, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that clients may be experiencing using the company's software applications * Respond to customer requests within expected Service Level Agreements * Assist team members with problem solving and diagnosing the source of technical issues Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
