CD Construction Sales Recruitment - the Construction Sales "experts" Excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised brand who are part of one of the world's largest and leading groups. My client is seeking a new business focused field sales executive to join their highly successful team in the established, and prime location of Central London. JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager - Construction SELLING: Integrated control solution. SELLING TO: Site Managers, Building Managers, Facilities Management and End Users TERRITORY: Central London LOCATION: London PACKAGE: £35k - £40k basic, OTE £55k++, company car, mobile, laptop, health, pension and 22 days holiday. COMPANY INFORMATION * Over £50million turnover * Part of one of the largest groups in the world. * High quality products KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Previous experience of selling services and projects. * Relevant sales experience preferably within the BMS industries. * Preferably sold to consultants. * Knowledge of the regional HVAC controls market. * Daily access Central London. * Strong commercial background and awareness. * Experience of structured selling techniques. * Excellent communication and customer facing skills. * IT literate. * Immaculate on presentation. * Switched on. ROLE INFORMATION * Selling the company's range of integrated control solutions. * Selling to Consultants, Site Managers, Building Managers, Facilities Management and End Users. * Home/field based covering Central London. * Achievement of sales targets including orders, sales revenue and margin. * New business focused. * Representing the company and networking events. * Maintain close contact with key accounts. * Prepare and maintain on a regular basis a business development plan for your region. * Securing service sales and direct project sales opportunities for new build and refurbishment projects. * Conduct site surveys and produce accurate designs to the relevant standards, and prepare quotations based upon tender documents and bills of quantities. * Contribute to regional team sales/service meetings on a regular basis.
