Hindawi Publishing Corporation is now hiring “Technical Support Specialist”: Job Duties: . Install and configure selected software and hardware products . Create new users’ accounts and profiles for the newly hired employees . Maintain printer queues; evaluating the overall printing process . Maintain and configure all the network devices (routers, switches and firewall) . Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities . Troubleshoot system and network issues as well as diagnose and solve the software/hardware errors Qualifications: . Bachelor Degree in any field . Minimum 1 year of related experience . Intermediate English level . CCNA, MCSE, MCITP & CCNP Certifications are preferred . Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Hard Desk Management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Remote Control Software, LAN-IM and Ethernet Cabling Qualified candidates are welcomed to send their resumes to “[email protected] “.
