We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Facilities Supervisor - Civil for the Facilities team at Al Tayer Retails to lead a team of technical staff to manage the execution and repair operations for the company.
As a Facilities Supervisor you would take charge of all emergencies and ensures responsible back-up is available, manage, monitor and review records of all equipments, tools, spare parts and other asset registries, manage the team for all Civil works, Implement all maintenance and general procurement of material and parts, schedules installations and oversee that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner, and ensure that safety practices are followed, gather and maintains accurate records with regards to annual inspection of equipment and general preventative maintenance.As a Facilities Supervisor you would have atleast 5 - 7 years of experience in facilities - mechanical / civil having worked in the UAE and a diploma in the mechanical or civil.
A
Dubai Driving License is a must. The selected incumbent would have excellent communication skills, with technical knowledge and led a team in his current role.
