Fast growing E- Commerce Company with great corporate culture and carrier development opportunities is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team of two. Objective of the role: - Exploring new companies and partners with their services to be listed on the website for mutual cooperation & profit. - Preparing Weekly performance reports and sales analysis for Management. - Responsible for all sales activities, departments and personnel including the sales team and account managers. - Established performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitored performance on a continual basis. - Explaining the offered services and packages to the partners to encourage them to register on company’s website. - Generating a sales process and closing contracts with partners. - Setting objectives to be achieved, namely, sales targets. - Regular follow up with partners to assess their returns, and ways to improve performance & grow collaboration. - Provided leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. - Have at least 4 years of experience in Digital sales - Be familiar with Salesforce.com system - Have a driving license - Have team leadership skills - Have negotiation and building relationships skills Frontier IQ is a specialist firm headquartered in Dubai whose mission is to optimize our client's talent through Executive Search and Training.
