Tourism ou‏tbound operations manager Code : 107 Country Egypt 6 Octobet • • Minimum experience of 8 years, and at least 3 years in a similar position • Candidates are preferred to have a degree in travel and tourism. • Must have an expertise in preparation of itineraries & costing for outbound queries • Good knowledge & contacts with foreign travel agents/ Suppliers across the globe, particularly in Europe and acrossthe world • Must be a team player • Ability to ensure highest levels of customer service in every transaction • Candidate should have good knowledge world geography & popular tourist destinations • Candidate should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills (both written & verbal) with a good command over English language. • Candidate should have Knowledge of contracting with hoteliers and other suppliers abroad. • Candidate must have experience of Booking Groups & with various Foreign Agents across the world & confirming all services (direct as well as through suppliers) i.e. Hotels, coaches, services and sightseeing, local guides, restaurants etc. • Candidate should have Handled group Passengers Independently • Candidate must have excellent computer skills • Prime responsibility shall be to achieve sales targets • Proven track record of sales & ability to work under pressure Salary (L.E.)
