Arabic speaking Paralegal to join an In-house legal team of an international financial institution with its headquarter based in Abu Dhabi. The Candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the Head of Legal and will support a small team of lawyers who provide a broad range of legal advice related to financial services offered by the Company including Brokerage, Corporate finance, Wealth and Asset Management, OTC derivatives and investment banking. The role will include: -Assisting the lawyers with document-based work such as correspondence, drafting emails drafting, amending, marking up and proof reading of commercial and finance contracts, e.g. NDAs, MoA, SLAs, Service and IT Agreement. ISDAs, margin trading terms; -Assisting with the liaising and dealing of queries from the business; -General administrative duties; -Legal translation experience (English - Arabic) is required. It is important that the candidate has an interest in finance, in general, and in trading in particular. The candidate will be involved in assisting and supporting on standard and bespoke trading and finance documents. Ideally the Candidate will be: - Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Arabic language skills (written and oral) - Familiar with standard commercial agreement such as NDAs, MoA, SLAs - Familiar with standard finance agreements such as ISDA, GMRA, guarantees - Detail-oriented and proven ability to multi-task and succeed in a deadline-driven environment - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Excellent research, communication and written skills - Strong attention to detail - Proactive problem-solver - Accurate proofreader - Eagerness to learn and the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Exposure to working in an international environment is required - Excellent command of English language Madison Pearl was established in 2015 in Dubai to focus on the financial markets and the legal industry across the Middle East region.
