Automotive Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the region’s automotive industry. The company imported the first consignment of Toyota vehicles to the UAE and established Al-Futtaim Motors in 1955. Al-Futtaim represents 44 automotive brands across 16 countries and encompasses every aspect of the business: * Passenger and commercial vehicles sales * Manufacturing agricultural vehicles * Construction equipment sales and service * Used car sales * Rental and leasing Al-Futtaim Auto Centres Al Futtaim Auto Center (ALAC) is part of the Al Futtaim's Automotive Division. ALAC has six divisions comprising of Body Centers – Toyota & Lexus within UAE, Fast Repair, Customs & Classics, Auto Equip, Tyre Zone and Fastfit. ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing FastFit team within Al Futtaim Auto Centres (ALAC), based in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to provide anA excellent Aftersales service to theA customer, whilst ensuring theA achievement of, or exceeding theA location's monthly / annual sales and profitability target alongside managing all FastFit locations and exercise control in all areas, facility, manpower and operations. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows: Aftersales Consultant: Provide assistance to all relevant principals in Aftersales related issues; to ensure branches understand all Aftersales policies and procedures; to provide all principals with timely and accurate feedback and advice on all Aftersales related operational, financial and performance based activities; ensure to manage and advise all reporting staff on all Aftersales related operations; to compile reasonable action plans to ensure that countermeasures are given to all Aftersales principals. Aftersales Reporting: Ensure that quality (accurate & timely) reporting of Aftersales, from branches to distributor and visa versa; Eensure branches report according to targets and understand all policies related to lead time, quality and quantity; Provide customer with accurate reports; accurate reporting to Line Management on a continual basis regarding Aftersales issues; provide feedback on all field visits and clear reports of branch visits; to meet on aA weekly basisA with all staff and discuss all activities, financials and visually grasp all reports in Kaizen format; meet weekly to monthly and provide feedback to line management of all reporting branches performance; tracking of all training records of all staff; monitoring of all lost sales in Aftersales operations. Field Visits: Conduct field support visits to respective branches, suppliers and other parties in the value chain; to ensure regular visits to customers to enhance theA Aftersales business; visit and conduct relational meetings with all existing prospective customers. Aftersales Training Operations: Ensure that each staff member has a clear and understandable career path and objectives; ensure that all staff attends scheduled training; to provide all guidelines to all productive / non productive staff on quality field fixes and repairs; to provide guidelines to all staff on operational compliance to all distributor recommended policies and procedures for all staff. Budgeting Control: Provide inputs to branch, Aftersales Division budgets and assist with achieving more profitable environment; compile individual branch budgets and ensure the monitoring of all manpower and operating costs; maximize profit based on management agreement of budget and profit margins. A The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills: Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: A  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.A  Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management. Minimum Experience:A A A  5 - 10 Years in aA reputable Tyre / Automotive Workshop in aA Managerial position. A  Job-Specific Skills:A  A  Microsoft proficient, SAP System, Dealer Management System, Training (On the Job & Theoretical), Managerial Skills.
