We are currently working in partnership with a leading real Oil and Gas business in Dubai on an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant. This person will play an integral part in supporting the head of department as well as other senior team memebers. This is an excellent permanent opportunity within a vibrant and busy environment so requires a candidate who is enthusiastic and willing to work hard. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following. - Extensive and multiple diary management - Travel arrangements - Organising events - Attending meetings - Taking minutes of meetings - Produce important documents and reports - Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reporting - Support a team of professionals with other ad hoc administration duties To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a strong personality and are able to work with very senior important people. You must have proven experience of this. You will have at least 3 - 4 years experience in a similar role and coming from an Oil & Gas and engineering background will be a big advantage.
