The positionA will beA responsible for managing and achieving parts sales target according to plan; developing sales volumes in his designated area; determining replacement parts required according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, orA customers' descriptions of malfunctions; suggesting additional related parts to improve sales; handling and providing prices for telephonic enquiries; preparing sales orders,A invoices and delivering of parts; receiving payment or obtaining credit authorisation; advisingA customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available; examining returned parts for defects, and ensuring exchange/ refund ofA defective parts or money; conductingA inventory ofA the stock, etc.
The position reporting to the Assistant Manager will be based in Muscat, and will be part of the Honda Parts team.You should be an Omani national with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within spare parts operations, preferably at an automotiveA parts sales counter.A Familiarity with safety standards; good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic, good analytical and organising skills, etc are desired.A
You should be PC literate, working knowledge of ERP is preferred.A You should be a good listener and team player.
