Hinton Spencer are working on behalf of a global leading Architects firm, who consult from design through to construction. We are looking for a self-motivated and confident individuals who can fulfill the role as Architect in the delivery of major new builds, extensions and refurbishment projects, with a clear focus on outcomes for the customer. As a qualified and registered Architect, you will be responsible for; • Preparing and developing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to design. • Liaising with members of the design team. • Assisting in the coordination of the internal design team. • Assisting with the management of junior assistant architects. • Understand the financial aspects of running a design project. It is essential that you are a qualified and registered Architect, ideally ARB Due to the size of the projects, Architects with experience working on large projects, specifically within the Infrastructure arena, would be desirable. You must have strong CAD skills and a proven track record in front-end deign. Hinton Spencer understands the value in finding the right talent and the right recruitment solution.
