The position is required to manage the Interior projects execution, coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members (engineers) and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, and to develop any business relationship vital to the success of the projects. Main responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, - Liaise with project stakeholders on an going basis - Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. - Determine and assess need for additional staff/ and or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle. - Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. - To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained to evaluate where continual improvement can be made. - Must have Civil engineering degree - Must have PMP Certification - 9 to 12 years of experience Technical Skills: - Strong familiarity with project management software - Database and operating systems experience - Competent and proficient understanding of platforms. - Solid working knowledge of current internet technologies. - Technically competent with various software programs - Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Must have Excellent English Communication Skills - Experience at working both independently and in as team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. - Must be fluent in English Current Location: UAE Originally established in 1981, The Ghobash Group has become one of the region's most recognized trading and investment companies.
