Our Client is a global water technology provider; transports, treats, tests and efficiently uses water in municipal utility, commercial and residential building services, industrial and agricultural settings. They operate out five continents through a number of market leading brands, headquarters in the USA, with revenues of $4 billion and 12,500 employees worldwide. They are currently recruiting for a Quality Control for their pump manufacturing operations in Dubai. As the Quality Control you will be in charge of ensuring of quality and coordinating manufacturing standards. You will be involved with performing inspection and on spot checks on the assembly lines. A high level of examination of the conformance of components and finished goods will be required. You would be supporting manufacturing in designing short term corrective actions in non-conformity cases. You will also be coordinating with various teams on trans-functional projects for design or re-design of manufactured goods. Throughout your role you will inspire and promote a high degree of quality through control instruction and QDIP activities - Mechanical or Electrical Engineer - Minimum 5 years experience working in a Quality Control role handling inspection and on spot checks - Manufacturing industry background required - Must have experience with mechanical and measurements (micrometers, spectrometers, ect…) - Proficient in reading technical drawings - Must be a problem solver and willing to work within a team - Ability to handle multiple assignments with shifting priorities - Knowledge of electric motors and controls would be a strong advantage Talent2 is the first human resources (HR) company in the Asia-Pacific region to offer a complete range of outsourcing services, including executive search and recruitment, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), payroll, consulting and learning.
