- Review, execute and follow up the manpower and recruitment activities, report the progress on a monthly basis. - Maintain the hiring process and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to - Review and process all staffing requests - Activate and improve the hiring services and relations, dealing with local and overseas recruitment agencies according to contracts and agreements - Implementing and following the Saudization programs and targets, dealing with the Ministry of Labour (MOL) and the Human resources development Fund (HRDF) - Review and implement all HR Operations and Employee services according to the Labor Law, MOL Systems, governmental regulations, and the internal policies and procedures. - Support and follow up on training plans, report back on a monthly basis and maintain training standards. - Consolidate annual appraisal results and review annual bonus sheets - Must have 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role - Must have transferable Iqama - Must have local experience working in Saudi Arabia - Due to visa restrictions only male candidates can be considered - Experience working for a business with 1000 + employees (similar industry preferred) - Knowledge of Data collection - Excellent English written and communication skills - Knowledge of research methods related to various HR Functions Michael Page is one of the world's leading professional recruitment consultancies, specializing in the placement of candidates in permanent, contract, temporary and interim positions with clients around the world.
