Area Sales Manager - KSA - Bathroom Solutions Total Monthly Package SAR28000 (Including Basic + Housing + Transportation) On behalf of our client, leading provider of innovative total bathroom solutions, we are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to Saudi Arabia market. You will be responsible for presenting the products to all consultants, interior designers and projects in the designated area. Your role as Area Sales Manager also includes: - Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products. - Reaching the targets and goals set for their area. - Maintaining and expanding your customer base. - Servicing the needs of existing customers. - Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, designers, architects and developers through regular contact and visits. - Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market and winning projects. - Setting sales targets for sales supervisors and the team as a whole. - Evaluating customers' showrooms and product displays. - Providing customers with branding and marketing tools. - Providing customers with catalogues, price lists and all required materials and printouts. - Forecasting future trends in customers' needs/behaviour. - Tracking sales projects through CRM. - Following up indirect sales won and in live projects by distributor in (designated area). - Analyzing sales trends. - Negotiating price offers and discounts in line with the company selling strategy. - Training sales staff. - Allocating areas to sales supervisors. - Developing sales plans and setting targets. - Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. - Compiling and analyzing sales figures. - Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts personally. - Collecting customer feedback. - Conducting market research. - Keeping up to date with products and competitors. - Representing the company at various events such as trade events, local and international exhibitions. - Conducting weekly and monthly sales performance reports. The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing together with 5+ experience in related fields of sanitary wares in Saudi Arabia. You have good knowledge of KSA procedures for receiving or delivering goods and understanding of GCC trade and market demands. You have excellent communication skills in English (speak, read and write) and a valid KSA/GCC driving license. You are a team player with good management skills, a great communicator with outstanding persuasion skills. PLEASE NOTE: Previous Sales experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory, candidates without the experience will not be qualified. Arabic Male candidates will be preferred.
