We have an excellent opportunity for a senior level HR professional with a financial services/banking background to assist in the redevelopment of an exciting financial services entity. The role involves:- • Lead and manage the HR function • Participate in preparing the yearly strategic plan and budget for Human Resources function • Manager the organization structure design • Design the Compensation & Benefits structure • Review Performance Management • Develop, review and edit Human Resources, processes, policies, manuals, hand-outs, procedures, forms, communication and systems • Implement HR ERP services • Manage the HR Audit Findings • Promote HR Engagement Communication processes to ensure rapid transfer of accurate information up, down and across the organisation • Manage the review of organisation design and performance to ensure that employees are effectively distributed based on their skills and division resource requirements for the efficient distribution of human resources • Review and monitor the execution of the annual development plans • Develop a succession planning process to ensure the organisation identifies and develops key individuals to meet the requirements Supervise the design of talent management programs to retain and develop high potential employees in critical positions • Liaise with Heads of Departments to ensure timely identification of potential key roles and high-potential candidates and assist with the preparation of career development plans. Excellent academic background 15 years+ experience in the finance services/banking industry Experience in corporate banking Regional and international experience Arabic is preferable Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
