OBJECTIVES:
ADPI Bahrain has been entrusted with the mission of work supervision for the construction of the new terminal (and annex buildings) of the Bahrain Airport.
The project currently under construction, comprises a terminal of 220,000 m2, a parking of 100,000 m2, a SuperGate building, a new Fire Station, with the associated airplane areas and taxiways.
The role of resident Engineer IT-SAS consists of managing and supervising the companies in charge of these works, on all the technical, contractual, financial and operational aspects which are connected with the successful project execution.
The role is based in Manama, at the ADPI Bahrain branch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resident Engineer IT-SSE's responsibilities cover below areas.
• IT network (LAN, NMS, WLAN, CNS, SAN, etc...),
• Airport security (access control, video surveillance, X-Rays, perimetric detection systems, etc.),
• Airport IT (AODB, FIDS, BRS, IB, CUPPS etc...),
• Telecommunication (ToIP, Microwave, TETRA, etc.)
INTERACTIONS:
He/she reports to the Project Director in charge of supervision. - Higher education degree (Engineering, Bachelor or Master) with a minimum of 15 years of experience, out of which 10 years in airport projects experience;
- Good knowledge of technical specifications and overseas construction projects experience is mandatory ;
- Organized, rigorous and efficient
- People skills;
- Autonomous ;
- Fluency in English (including technical) is mandatory ;
