Job Purpose
The HR internal communications officer ensures that all HR communications pass through the right channels in alignment with the Marketing team and Corporate communications team, as well as ensuring ADCB’s quality benchmark tone of communication.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Internal Communications
• Managing all internal communications for ADCB, including for all its departments and sub-entities through the internal communications channel, such as internal vacancies, circulars, announcements and marketing campaigns.
E-Channel
• Managing the internal newsletter in coordination with external agencies.
Managing Agencies
• Managing external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of content for all internal communications.
HR Career fairs
• Management of Human Resources Events and Career Fairs
Support
• Supporting Line Manager in all communications related requests. Minimum Education Level
• A Bachelor’s degree
Professional Qualifications
• Any relevant communication related certifications would be a benefit
Experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar function.
• Bilingual English and Arabic is preferred.
