The well reputed company is seeking a Receptionist/Office Manager to join Dubai Office. • Manage the office/reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival, and other hospitality requirements • Answer and disseminate calls, open and distribute office mails • Help management team in arranging meetings in a productive manner • Arrange flight bookings, hotel bookings and other requirements for his business travel • Manage conference room and organize all aspects toassist with organizing meetings • Arrange and coordinate office meetings • Take meeting notes and prepare action plan and follow up with relevant stakeholders • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail • Carry out instructions given by the management team. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements: • Very good oral and written communication skills in English. • Prior Experience with Developer/Banks/Financial Institution • Proficient typing skills in English. • Excellent organization skills. • Good computer skills including MS Office and Accountancy Packages. • UAE driver’s license Frontier IQ is a specialist firm headquartered in Dubai whose mission is to optimize our client's talent through Executive Search and Training.
