The well reputed company is seeking a position (female) for a Business Development Manager (Client Relationships) to join Dubai Office. Responsibilities: • Understand the infrastructure market needs, requirements and trends in Middle East Region and take appropriate actions to accordingly position IL&FS Transport to achieve operational plan targets. • Play a key role in assisting the management in the development of business strategy, cost structure and business plans for Middle East Region. • Effectively contribute in regular meetings, reviews and appraisals towards ensuring the achievement of business objectives and financial performance. • Attain new business, retain and develop specified Clients. • Should be able to promote IL&FS Transport business offerings and services to Clients directly and arrange appropriate visits, presentations and breakfast meetings/workshops/seminars as required. • Responsible for general Client care and ensuring high levels of service provision. • To be the main point of contact for the Client as well as establishing personal contacts with key influencing personnel. • Ensure that strategic relations are developed and maintained between Company Senior Management and Client Senior Management. • Develop new clients and explore areas for business continuity with existing clients. • Regularly updating information on the market scenario and Client developments Requirements • Have a well-rounded experience of at least 10 years in the Infrastructure/Engineering/ Financial Institution • Strong management/technical background from an industry similar to ours. This will enable her to better comprehend our business offerings while advising Client • Able to demonstrate good territorial awareness and network with key Clients in Middle East Region • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic.
