A leading multinational company turboSMTP by Delivery Tech Corp. is seeking Customer Support agents. serversmtp.com Home based Job {working from home}, Shift basis and Full time . Qualification required : 1. Fluent Spanish and English written and verbal communication skills. 2. Fluent French and English written and verbal communication skills. 3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required ,Computer engineering is more preferred. 4. Quiet environment and a speedy laptop / desk top PC. , Internet connection speed 2 Mbps at least Pulse reliable USB modem with high connection speed. 5. Advanced technical skills, including ability to easily navigate multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues. 6. A passion for helping and delighting customers. 7. Must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, resourceful and able to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment. 8. Any gender. 9.
