Free Employer service Jobseeker Registration: Sign-in | Sign-up View Re/Max Al-Mohamger profile and job listings 1.        Property buyer/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads. 2.        Present purchase/lease offers to sellers/lessors for consideration. 3.        Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. 4.        Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients 5.        Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed. 6.        Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds. 7.        Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other or both. 8.        Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions and remax.com.eg. 9.        Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price. 10.        Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers. 11.        Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources. 12.        Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles Able to learn , has a vision , willing to success , friendly with computer.
