• Streamline / effectivize production processes. • Identify and remove production bottlenecks. • Ensure that plant machinery and equipment are properly serviced maintain. • Study and implement new production techniques. • Monitor maintenance and cleanliness (plant hygiene) across the group. • Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Process / Production. Knowledge of welding / fitting added advantage. • Minimum 5-10 year experience. • Dynamic, analytical, dedicated with a hands on, can do attitude. • Spoken and written English fluency a must. • Computer literate with experience in Drafting / AutoCAD or similar packages is required.
