Competing in the UAE's Japanese, American and European automotive marketplace, the company is supported by a network of modern showrooms, workshops and parts outlets across the UAE, with sales and after sales operations existing in all seven Emirates. As part of ourA Call CenterA Team, you will be responsible to do post service follows ups with all TE customers and updates the respective Branch/Service Manager. You are also expected to answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. Part of your responsibility also is to attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries areA converted into reservations at best prices
You will be part of our operations based in Dubai, reporting to theA Call Center- Team Leader. You are also required to update the existing database with changes and the status of eachA customer/prospective customer. In addition to that, you will be responsible to arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages and brochures to clients and other interested parties.You should have at least a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service/A call center agentA role preferably in an automotive company andA holding a diploma or college degree. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications.
You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team.
