We are currently working in partnership with a leading real estate business in Dubai on an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant. This person will play an integral part in supporting the head of department as well as his 3 direct reports. This is an excellent permanent opportunity within a vibrant and busy environment so requires a candidate who is enthusiastic and willing to work hard. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following. - Extensive and multiple diary management - Travel arrangements - Organising events - Attending meetings - Taking minutes of meetings - Produce important documents and reports - Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reporting - Support a team of professionals with other ad hoc administration duties To be successful in this role are western educated and hold a university degree. (applicants with no university degree will not be considered) You will have at least 4 - 5 years experience in a similar role and coming from a Real Estate background will be a big advantage.
