Our client is one of the largest Amusement parks in the UAE. The role of Assistant General Manager is a comprehensive one which includes a number of different management qualities such as , Operations experience, Technical experience, Budget Management, Forecasting, Marketing and Leadership qualities. Main responsibilities: * Monitoring the SOPs and ensure that the operators are following them * Managing any maintenance issues * Identifying safe issues and resolving them * Identifying new revenue generating prospects * Keeping up to date with market developments * Developing corporate deals * Addressing employee issues * Reporting to GM and MD * Preparing monthly reports * Bachelor's degree * 3-5 years of Operational Leisure experience within management role * Excellent communication skills * Strong working knowledge of P&L * Experience in regular reporting to seniors * Good working knowledge of market place, UAE culture and general business practices * Experience of operations , attraction safety, staff management , inventory control, ticketing , budgeting , promotions and events management Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of recruitment expertise in various industry sectors.
