We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join the Consumer Sales Team as Director/ Retail Sales, the candidate will handle overall responsibility for the management and performance of all retail in the zones. Oversee and guide the Business and Service Centers and ensures that different consumer segments are provided with prompt, courteous and reliable service. Provide professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions. Duties & Responsibilities : - Bears overall responsibility for the management and performance of all retail stores in the zones. - Oversees and continuously improves the quality of product & service provisioning to walk-in consumers - Monitors and guides the day-to-day functioning of the retail stores in the Zones; ensures that the Centers provide prompt, courteous and competent service to the consumers - Reviews regularly the efficiency and service quality of the retail stores by monitoring key performance indicators and follows up as required - Review business target levels for the different zones in the region based on the overall regional business target set by the Corporate Management - Review the various budgets for the section (operational budget, manpower and admin. capital budgets) in alignment with overall business plan in the zone which is set by retail management heads. - Bears overall responsibility that all customer inquiries and complaints received in Retail stores are handled promptly & efficiently and followed up accordingly - Oversees overall cash related activities in Retail stores(cash collection, sale of cards, banking, credit control) zones. - Identifies new ways to improve future sales performance and to retain and win business; seeks for efficiency improvements for sales processes and ways to improve customer satisfaction - Defines and reviews all policies, procedures and guidelines for Retail Management functions and monitors and supervises their implementation - Manages interfaces to respective Marketing and Engineering sections on product development and ensures feedback, analysis and recommendations on customer demand trends, complaints and service quality - Participates in the development and monitoring of retail sales plans, tactics, strategies and operational goals to achieve regional objectives and goals - Develops skilled resources that are able to perform best-in-class sales at business center & service centers - Reports to and maintains ongoing dialogue with VP Retail Sales and informs periodically about operations performance and achievements of key strategic and financial targets - Manages, monitors and evaluates the section’s on-going performance and quality of its output and services (similar to point #4) - Oversees planning, prioritization and assignment of targets and tasks to entire Shop Management section. Reviews allocation/ utilization of resources and section performance. - Regular Visits to retail. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration - 6-8 years of experience in customer services/ sales - Proven track record to exceed sales targets Etisalat has been the telecommunications service provider in the UAE since 1976, and has built up a modern telecom infrastructure and established itself as an innovative and reliable operator.
