Sales Admin Vacancy Job Requirements • Have a good communications Skills. • The ability to work under pressure. • Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. • Some knowledge of accounts or strong numerical skills. Ability to calculate well. • Should possess good business acumen. • Ability to deal with sales teams. • A bachelor’s degree in commerce & business administration. • Good written & verbal English. • female only. About the Job Mostly a sales administrator does clerical jobs supporting the sales activities of an organization, though occasionally they may carry out sales duties. Their job responsibilities are to: 1. Receive and document daily mails and emails (inbox, outbox) and record in relevant records 2. Manage, organize, and document all internal memos between departments 3. Copy, document, and distribute all managerial notices , decisions, and orders, on all respective departments and personnel as soon as its issued 4. Prepare reports, sales brochures, price lists, discount offers and other sale documents. 5. Ensure that products are shipped in time and maintain a list of all shipments scheduled for weeks ahead 6. Inform sales executives and managers about product delivery 7.
