A US-Based, multinational manufacturer of building materials is looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Territory (Sales) Manager to report in to the Regional Sales Manager - KSA and cover the city of Jeddah. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team operating in our client's biggest market/business by far and utilise your network of contacts within Jeddah to the maximum. This role will suit a relatively young, energetic, high-achiever, whom can take advantage of strong Jeddah market experience. You will be responsible for liaising with local Architects, contractors and MEP companies to conduct presentations, develop product specifications and provide engineered solutions for our client's interior range of products. You will provide and exchange sales information on a daily basis and report on performance of distributors to the management. It will be your responsibility to work on market development and achieve sales targets, negotiating and finalising sales agreements within the guidelines of senior management. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong personal sales track record in current and previous posts. You will always be thinking one step ahead and not have to be told what to do - you are the sort of person, whom acts on your own initiative for the benefit of the business and is rewarded for doing so via quarterly commission payments. Ideally, you will have 6+ years sales experience with at least 4 years in the building materials sector within Saudi Arabia. You will also have had direct exposure to clients and contractors with proficient spoken and written English. Arabic is highly advantageous. You must have working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet to be able to produce the necessary reporting to senior management. With more than 10 years in the UK and over 6 years HR consultancy experience in the UAE, the management of AJ Associates is well versed with both local and international markets.
