Job Summary: The Key Accounts Manager/Channel Manager is responsible for handling the VIP clients BCI accounts. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Smartly achieves the monthly target. • Prepares the customers' orders and assigns it to the Warehouse and Distribution Team in order to deliver the orders as agreed with the customers on a daily basis. • Checks the customers' orders status and follows up on all their problems, cases and informs the Sales Team Leader with all their inquiries or problems. • Manages the Key Accounts balance. • Follows up with the clients in order to make sure they are following BCI roles and policies of the shelf share. • Achieves the seated target for each client on a monthly basis. • Divides the model for each client upon the nature of withdrawals. • Provides daily reports describing the updates of the client's visits. • Adheres to the credit and limit of credit with each customer upon the Sales Department policies. • Follows up on the checks limits and collection. • Provides the Finance Department with all invoices, cash and checks on a daily basis. • Collects the credit notes and matches the sales amount with the checks in order to provide it to the Finance Department with adhering to each customer limit. • Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor. Job Specifications: • Diploma or High school. • 5-7 years' experience in promotion and direct sales. • Good in relevant computer applications. • Expert in all provinces within Jordan.
