Seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager who would be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities internally and externally. This roles requires the individual to oversee development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations to staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization. Responsible with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to create a monthly marketing plan specific to channel timelines and company objectives. Responsible for managing all online social media (blogging, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) to increase online exposure and visibility with a view to generating more enquiries and interest from potential clients. Responsible for creating ‘white papers’ / articles and will include content related to the company’s operational specifics or industry information and/or any information that could benefit entrepreneurs, start-ups and SME’s - for using online as well as print. Responsible for all Communications/PR initiatives and seeing them through to fruition. Supporting the website content and development when and if required and ensuring all testimonials are updated. To attend business related social and networking events and represent company as agreed with management. To develop ways in which existing clients can engage, interact and benefit from doing business together. To complete monthly feedback of all new customers and provide a report and gap analysis where improvement is needed. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reporting in line with company instructions. SwissGulf Partners are the dedicated, Dubai based recruitment company, who think big.
