Charterhouse is working with a leading office furniture organisation. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will develop and implement the sales strategies of the organisation whilst being responsible for acquiring new accounts and servicing existing clients. You will prospect new clients by networking, cold calling and advertising. Additionally, you will grow and retain current accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients as well as servicing existing key accounts. The successful candidate should have a Degree in business administration, interior design or marketing. You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in office furniture sales, fit-out or real estate in the UAE, preferably within renowned brands from the US and Europe. It is essential you have experience working on various projects including commercial, hospitality and residential and are able to take responsibility for the full sales cycle. You should also possess excellent English communication skills. A UAE driving license together with access to a car are crucial for this role. During the last ten years, Charterhouse has been operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC Markets. In many ways, we were the recruiter who established and set the standards within the regional recruitment industry benchmarking and innovating the service levels associated to Search and Selection.
