As a manager you will: - Lead a collaborative team performing market analysis and researching transactions, industries and financial information - Contribute to presentation materials, reports and schedules for client engagements and proposals - Plan for engagements including key issues, methodology and budget - Prioritise your objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting - Prepare or participate in preparing and reviewing financial models - Provide clear and concise reporting and commentary on findings - Prepare valuation reports - Leverage your education and experience to develop your understanding of our clients’ business - Participate in firm promotion events to increase awareness of the firms services A qualified candidate will have the following: - Completion of an undergraduate degree or MBA specialising in finance or accounting (or both) with outstanding academic credentials - Completion or significant progression toward an accounting or financial/ valuation designation (CA, CPA, ACA, CMA), MBA, CBV, ASA or CFA - 5 or more years of relevant work experience in business valuation, financial analysis or related field. - Commitment to pursue a reputable valuation designation - Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving - Attention to detail and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong commitment to professional client service excellence - Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to lead and work with others effectively in teams - Superior verbal and written communication skills - Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions - Some internal UAE travel may be required Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of recruitment expertise in various industry sectors.
