Project Controls Manager - RDP- Qatar A leading contracting company is URGENTLY looking for Project Controls Manager to work on multi-million dollar roads, drainage and piping works projects. The role will be based in Qatar and will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the planning, estimating, cost control, risk management and document control services and for providing information to allow proactive and accurate reporting for the project. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the project controls team - Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements - Developing project controls standards, policies and procedures - Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls - Establishing and managing the project master schedule - Establishing and managing budget and project cost control - Establishing and managing the risk management plan - Establishing and managing document control - Establishing and managing change control - Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis - Provide monthly and weekly reports - Preparing and making presentations - BSc in engineering or equivalent experience, Chartered - 15 years post graduate experience - Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of roads, drainage, piping works projects - Excellent knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques - Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, cost and risks, identify trends and recommend corrective actions - Experienced user of MS Office and Primavera - Previous experience in the Middle East is a MUST - Excellent report writing skills - Fluency in English both written and spoken The name MENASA originates from both the geographical region of Middle East, North Africa & South Asia as well as the Arabic word for platform or stage.
