Responsible for the successful development of utility projects during the development and execution stages, achieving best in class levels of HSE, business and manpower performance during all phases to ensure project completion to time and cost targets with the appropriate quality standards with successful internal and external & stakeholder involvement. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or economics - 10-12 years project management experience in utilities, major multinational industrial development, major EPC, engineering company - Experience in managing high performing multidisciplinary teams - Track record of working on large-scale projects Job Specific Skills: - Knowledge RE industry technical matters, procurement routes, value management and value engineering - People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a team delivering a project - Experience of managing the commercial and financial aspects of a project - Analytical thinker with strong communication skills and able to prioritize, negotiate and influence Professional Memberships: - PMI/PMP certification is an asset Mark Williams is a Dubai recruitment company with a wealth of Search & Selection experience.
