Enterprise IT
Al-Futtaim Enterprise IT provides support to the Al-Futtaim Group across all geographies. It manages the IT application and infrastructure across various lines of business including Automotive, Retail, Real Estate and Financial Services. The core components of EIT are Business Application Management, Infrastructure &Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, Information Security, IT Procurement and IT Governance. The Consultant -The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, the ability to innovate, and agility in executing on multiple, complex initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:1. Performs security administration of SAP; designs and builds security authorizations; ensures compliance to security policies and procedures; and resolves access problems and security incidents. 2. Ability to manage multiple & complex security projects and apply expert knowledge of business and technical processes.3. Leads role designing and implementing. Acts as a liaison between the business and the security team to ensure the successful delivery and support of technical applications and solutions to the business units. Works with business representatives and apply business expertise to refine business requirements.4. Ability to lead, mentor, and supervise team members
The role would report to theA Head - Business Technologies and will be based out of Festival Tower at Dubai Festival City.We require the following qualifications, experience and skillsA from the ideal candidate:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* A degree in Information Systems or related discipline
*
Knowledge of SAP Basis
*
Knowledge of SAP Security/Authorizations
*
SAP Certification will be highly regarded
*
Knowledge of ASAP methodology
*
Worked in technical lead position for at least 4 years.
Minimum Experience:
* A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
* At least 6 years of experience in developing and maintaining SAP security roles
* Should have been involved in at least two project implementation
* Work experience in SAP IS Solutions (Retail and Automotive), SAP BI, BO, BPC, PI, CRM and Portal
* Good analytic and communication skills
* Knowledge in problem/change management process
* Should be a team player and work across various SAP Functional Teams
* Should have proven documentation skills
* Experience Security Design and Administration
* Detailed knowledge of SAP-related security and controls management including implementation
* Knowledge of CUA, SOD, the SAP authorization concept, structural authorizations and indirect role assignment
* Experience in SAP GRC (Access Control Management) and SAP IDM will be highly regarded
* Experience in SAP License Management
* Ability to provide knowledge transfer to team members, including ensuring that resources have proper understanding of the SAP System landscape and technologies
A Job-Specific Skills:
* Requirement Analysis, Solution Design and documentation in the area of SAP Security/Authorizations. Support and development of SAP Security/Authorizations controls
* Ensure SLA's and Audit Compliance
