We are seeking a dynamic Non Structural Building Plan Reviewer (Architect) to join a team of professionals in our rapidly expanding Design Review Services Division. Qualified candidates will be required to demonstrate experience in the following: • Strong technical understanding and design leadership is essential in all aspects of design including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to Architectural Engineering. • Strong team leadership with good soft-people skills essential in communicating directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other KEO staff. • Strong time management and organizational skill is required to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple countries and ensure each design review is carried out within the required time constraints and meets the expected quality of output. • Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree; • Minimum of 15; Design Experience10 yrs.; Management 7-9 yrs. • Professional registration with a well recognized Engineers Society or equivalent professional body • Having a Qatar Engineer Committee Accreditation is an advantage.Strong technical understanding and design leadership is essential in all aspects of design including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to Architectural Engineering Systems. • Strong ability to coordinate effectively with all design reviewers in other disciplines is essential. • Sound knowledge and understanding of local building codes in various countries, International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards amongst others.
