o Provide strategic direction in managing portfolio of projects related to policies, standards, and procedures and all related work-streams, in alignment with management objectives and priorities. o Develops, monitors and audits all regulatory, Legal and organizational compliance requirements related to employment. o Ensures compliances are align with Saudi law and regulation. o Partner with all HR functions to draft new policies and practices. o Analysis, preparation and implementation of the policies and procedure. o Leading and performing comprehensive analysis of complex issues and organizational needs to identify areas of improvement and program efficiencies. o Ability to critically analyze and identify business process risks and/or gaps and recommend solutions to drive improved business operating models. o Expertise in innovation and ability to think strategically about how to advance business-led solutions. o Determine the scope of any new efforts relating to policy, standards, and procedures and direct the strategic thinking and development of the approach and structure to the analysis required to achieve key deliverables within new initiatives. o Managing and leading policies and procedures reviews with all levels of employee’s management. o Responsible for the oversight of the Internal Controls process, including Double Check Documents and audit controls. o Must be Saudi national, or legally treated as Saudi (Male or Female) o Bachelor Degree with Major in one or more of the following (or relevant experience): o Human Resources o Business Administration o Minimum (3) years' policy and procedure or related Human Resources experience, in a managerial capacity. o Have a strong knowledge about HR policies and Saudi law's and regulation. o Excellent Communication skills o Bilingual (English & Arabic) (Fluency is a must) o Leadership and Project Management skills o Excellent negotiation and influential skills SAED provides innovative workforce solutions, connecting human potential to the power of business.
