A European mobile manufacturer with successful presence in Southeastern Europe is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Middle East team in Dubai office. The DBM will work alongside the General Manager, Business Development Manager and the Management Team across the Middle East and East Africa. The role of Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible to drive manage and coordinate the digital marketing activities in Middle East and East Africa region. Directs the development of channel marketing programs for the development of the brand. The successful incumbent will work in collaboration with the Executive Management team in Middle East and East Africa to envisage, develop & execute the marketing strategy & digital initiatives to achieve overall group objectives. This is a unique opportunity to assist the development of a brand name in the Middle East and East Africa. Such an opportunity rarely arises to work as a key member of the leadership team to really make a mark professionally and establish a reputation throughout the mobile industry and marketing communities in Middle East. The key challenges will be to create on line marketing activities, including management of web development, SEO, display advertising and develop ideas into effective campaigns across a broad range of channels including social media . The role requires a self starter and can do positive attitude who will build the company profile in Middle East and East Africa and increase the awareness of a mobile brand in a fast paced industry. The work will be very demanding and requires great determination, courage and willingness to take responsibility. The successful incumbent will need to work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment to ensure commercial success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Implementing actions to follow the digital strategy of the brand. - Responsible for day to day digital content excellence across online - Develop campaigns and execute across all marketing platforms in line with the sales strategy - Launching a managing new social media pages for the brand - Creating and organizing content for distribution on online platforms - Monitoring brands online performance ( read analytics and recommend action plan ) as well as the competitors online activity - Implement the strategy to drive traffic to website ( on line advertising, links, bloggers etc) - Improving the usability , design , content and conversion of the brands website Send CVS to:

- A graduate in Business Administration (Bsc BA). - Masters or MBA would be preferred. - Approximately 7-10 years on line marketing experience . - Preferably in the ICT/Consumer Electronics/PC/Mobile industry . - Exposure to Middle East, East Africa markets - Strong marketing & analytical skills with unique experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model. - Hands on commercial professional, committed to bring results PERSONAL PROFILE - Strong leader with ability to influence others - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the energy, drive and enthusiasm to successfully operate within fast-growing, young & entrepreneurial environment. - Self-motivated, culturally adaptable & results oriented - Can-do attitude, ability to operate and deliver under pressure. - Assertive, resilient and willing to challenge when required - Creative & confident professional, with high levels of drive & passion - Strong work ethic & high integrity.
